April's beginnings define the true meaning of struggle. She went through major abuse to being a foster kid, and went through numerous homes. She didn't have a family, and bounced around a lot.

April's started with some small construction jobs at 15 to pay for school, cheerleading uniforms, and clothes–it was then she discovered she had a knack for construction, but wouldn't realize the potential of her talent for years to come.

April has a story of going through every tradgdy and hard ship imaginable. This gave her the passion to help other women.

April doesn't look like a construction contractor or that she has nine kids.She has struggled in a male dominated industry from not getting paid to a Women Jelousy fighting to take her down. this is when she knew she had to do something from becoming a voice to end bulling to help other women to be paid equal and treated equal rather 1099 contractor to w2 Employee. When clients don't pay and treat contractor unfair it effects employees.

Malloy knew she could be a voice and Pave a better path for other women.

Celebrity Couture Designer Sonia Eté Has been in Vogue and has many Distinctive Awards.

Eté has an Accomplished educational background with highest degree in couture, fashion design, and pattern making at l’École Supérieure des Arts et Techniques de La Mode in Paris. She was One of Nine Creative Designers selected by ‘SAGA Fur International’ Copenhagen, Denmark to learn about the culture of fur fashion, from all the production techniques for fur garments to transforming techniques to faux fur.

Eté attended the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) to study rendering and designing and running 11 Jewelry stores.

Eté worked with French Master Embroidery Designer François Lesage world known Embroidery House for Channel, Valentino, Yve Saint Laurent, Givenchy, and Christian Lacroix, who received the highest French order of merit distinction, the Légion d'Honneur, from the French Government.

While working at House of Lesage, she learned fine embellishment techniques and structural Sewing details of Haute Couture and working as an assistant to couturier designers Christian Lacroix, Azzedine Alaïa and designed a wedding gown for a Saudi Arabian Princess in Paris.

Eté brought french couture education by founding the reputable Beverly Hills Design Institute in Beverly Hills, CA. Training young creators into developing couture at the highest level of fashion with business savvy and the power to dress the stars.

Her future mission is dedicated to transfer her life time achievement Fashion and pattern Intellectual property to empower Women throughout the world to create fashion and opportunity and develop high skills through fashion education to build the biggest fashion consumer market of the world.

Furthermore, her passion is to dedicate herself to help women in hardship from all over the world, to retrieve dignity, self-respect and worth, independence, and productivity.

Eté is now bringing more opportunities in education for women. Teaming up with other industries to empower women in a multitude of fields, Eté is creating education where it is needed in other fields teaming up with April Malloy, founder and president of Woman Empower US teaching car repair to Auto Mechanics and home and commercial construction for various real estate projects.

Sophia Morris is the daughter of Grammy award winning musician Stevie Wonder However, Sophia is Establishing her own powerful brand of music!  Sophia Morris and she has spent her entire life being groomed to continue in her father's footsteps of spreading messages of love and civility through international philanthropy and the arts. Specifically, she has spent the last 5 years leading creative and marketing effort's for Stevie Wonder's annual House Full of Toys holiday charity show.
